Online coaching (or e-coaching) is an intense and equal partnership in which the dialogue between coach and client (to the greater extent) takes place on the internet and most messages are exchanged time- and place independent (except the live skype-, phone-, chat- and/or video-sessions), whereby e-coaching directly works on the emotional and practical experiences of the client.
NOVALOGICA introduces you to a team of experienced psychologists who all have one or more certified degrees in both psychology and e-coaching. They all have grass roots in working with (international) management and organisation, government and (international) higher education. The focus is on leadership and personal development. Also think of time management, career issues, work life balance. All coaches bring their own personal background, but the common factor in our approach is a very practical, goal oriented and personal touch.
