Free Intake
Online coaching (or e-coaching) works as follows. As soon as you receive the intake form you are already working in the electronically safe dialogue with one of our coaching psychologists. In this phase two things are made clear: is there a good basis for working together (click) and is there a clear coaching goal? If no, we suggest other ways to address your questions. Coaching does not start. No contract is signed. If yes, we start the coaching project by (both) signing the coaching contract. The contract, among other things, clearly states what and how coaching steps are planned and roughly how much time it will take.

Phase 1 Goal
In this first phase the coaching contract will be made, stating the goal of the coaching (smart and inspiring) and other relevant working agreements.
Phase 2 Research
Than we enter the second stage of the process. You start working on several different tools, researching your personality, way of thinking and your situation. This may involve one or more coaching tools, tests or other psychological instruments.in this phase you step by step learn to change your perspective and find new, better, more effective strategies and behavior.
Phase 3 Result
In the last step of the coaching process you work on successfully maintaining your new plan or road map.
Modular steps in the coaching process
NOVALOGICA organizes e-coaching by building modular blocks. A basis coaching process includes at least the three above described steps and takes three months. All tools, tests, instruments and live (video) sessions can be advised an added. Also a classical face-to-face session can be included if you wish (separate fee).
In this way you can make your coaching support closely link to your daily work and practice. Work and coaching are closely interrelated, for a short period. Actually, you have your coach with you all the time!
