Coaching issues
Sometimes coaching is ‘ambition related’: new position, or desire to grow into a new position, changes in field, profession or organization, or plans for a career switch. Also, coaching comes in view people feel trapped or stranded: ‘problem oriented’ coaching. This may involve: work life balance, difficult situations at work, personal issues, time management, assertiveness, stress, communications problems.
International
Language plays an important part in online coaching. NOVALOGICA currently offers coaching in two languages, Dutch and English. We plan to include more languages in 2017.
